PURPOSE: A speed change designating panel mounting structure of automatic transmission vehicle diminishes the assembling time and the assembling cost of a speed change designating panel. CONSTITUTION: A speed change designating panel mounting structure of automatic transmission vehicle comprises following structures. A speed change designating panel(60) is jointed to a housing(50) by many clips(53) having protrusions(53a) to the inner direction of the housing(50). The clips(53) are formed on the longitudinal directions and the transverse directions of the housing(50), respectively. The clips(53) formed on the transverse directions become wider when the speed change designating panel(60) is being jointed. The clips formed on the longitudinal directions has one end formed as a deep slot in order to insert one end of the speed change designating panel(60) earlier than the other end such that the other end is fitted by being pushed.
