PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and reliable laser-trimmable capacitor where an organic film is used as a dielectric by solving the problem of small-sized capacity expansion and cracks, or the like in a conventional laser-trimmable capacitor. SOLUTION: This laser-trimmable capacitor is equipped with a lower electrode 3 that is provided on the upper surface of a substrate 5 where two external electrodes 4 are provided from a side to a lower surface, is electrically insulated by a margin 8, and at the same time is composed of lower electrodes 3-a and 3-b that are electrically connected to the external electrodes 4, a dielectric 2 that covers the substrate 5 and the upper part of the lower electrode 3 entirely, an upper electrode 1 that holds the dielectric 2 and the lower electrode 3-a for forming the capacity of the capacitor and is electrically continuous to the lower electrode 3-b via a connection part 7 inside the dielectric 2, and a protection film 6 that is made of an insulator on the surface of the upper electrode.
