摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the travel distance of a lead frame. SOLUTION: A feed mechanism 4 has an upstream and downstream grippers 21, 22, a cam follower 37 is attached to an upper claw arm 36 for actuating upper claws 31 of the grippers 21, 22 and a lower claw arm for actuating lower claws, and an upstream and downstream cams 51, 52 respectively corresponding to the upstream and downstream grippers 21, 22 are mounted on a rotary shaft 16 of the feed mechanism 4, and located between the arms for actuating the upper and lower claws of corresponding grippers 21, 22, to independently form an upstream and downstream cam mechanisms 54, 55 for actuating the grippers 21, 22. The rotation angles of the rotary shaft 16 when being rotated to actuate the grippers to close are to different values between the cams 51, 52. This allows two modes: an independent close motion mode for independently actuating the grippers 21, 22 to close and a simultaneous close motion mode for actuating the grippers 21, 22 to close at the same time.
