METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING LACTIC FERMENTATION RAW MATERIAL FROM GARBAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a lactic fermentation raw material for garbage, which is capable of generating lactic acid in a high yield and at a low cost particularly even in the case the garbage having no fixed composition is used, and a device therefor. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the lactic fermentation raw material from the garbage is achieved by placing the garbage under a temperature condition of 40-70 deg.C to reduce the moisture content. The temperature condition of the method is controlled by using the waste heat from domestic exothermic devices such as a refrigerator. The device for manufacturing the lactic fermentation raw material from the garbage possesses a garbage vessel provided with a suction port and an exhaust port and an exothermic machine for reducing the moisture content of the garbage housed in the garbage vessel and the exothermic machine uses waste heat generated from another device.
