PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evenly and efficiently transporting metal particles coated with a biological material into a viable cell or tissue by shooting the metal particles without mutual aggregation or adhesion to a container vessel wall. SOLUTION: This method comprises the steps of coating metal particles preheated in an oven with a biological material using isopropanol, and shooting the coated particles into a viable cell or the like.
