The invention relates to the composition and the production of an optically transparent, mechanically stable, elastic, thermoplastic polyvinyl acetal film containing plasticisers, preferably a polyvinyl buytral film, whose mechanical and inventive ion-conducting properties enable it to be used as an electrolyte in electrochromic systems and at the same time, as an intermediate layer for a multilayer glass. Use of the film in lithium ion batteries is also possible. The inventive film can be processed using efficient and economical laminating methods, due to its thermoplastic properties. |
