PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a patient from forgetting the appointment of medical examinations. SOLUTION: A medical examination reserving device 2 is provided with a schedule DB(data base) in which medical examination appointment information including the medical examination date when the patient appoints the medical examinations and information for identifying the patient is stored so that the information for identifying the patient can be related with the contact destination information of the patient. This medical examination reserving device 2 is provided with an appointment notifying means 22 for notifying the patient that the medical examination date approaches prior to the medical examination date by using the contact destination information.
