PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take into consideration heat insulation for a magnet, by ensuring a magnetic path with a bracket made to have a thickness of certain degree, while reflow soldering can be applied easily by thinning a terminal to facilite soldering. SOLUTION: This small-sized DC motor comprises a bracket (22) cut out from a first lead frame consisting of magnetic substance, a plurality of terminals (3) having corrosion resistance cut out from a second lead frame having corrosion resistance and soldering device to be thinner than the first lead frame to be arranged, so as to insulate at least one terminal from the bracket, a base (44) consisting of solder resist resin integrally formed, so as to mutually at least partly insulate the bracket and the terminal and to prevent a cutoff part of the bracket from protruding outward as viewed in plane, a ring-shaped magnet (1), and a brush (8) arranged inside this magnet.
