PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connection box and the method for removing the box capable of easily performing the removal work. SOLUTION: Brackets 23 are protrusively arranged at the external surfaces 22a, 22b of two points of a case body 22. Slits 24 are formed at the brackets 23. The slits 24 are opened in the same direction, looking from the direction of the thickness of the case body 22. Thereby, the case body 22 is mounted to a vehicle panel 11 by inserting a bolt 31 into each slit 24.
