PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the discrete characteristics evaluation and adjustment of each NRD circuit module which constitutes an NRD guide circuit. SOLUTION: The NRD guide circuit has the NRD circuit modules 3 and 4, a conductor plate 2 mounted, so as to cover the NRD circuit modules 3 and 4 in common on one surfaces of these NRD circuit modules 3 and 4, the conductor plates 1a and 1b secured, so as to separately cover each of NRD circuit modules 3 and 4 on the other surfaces of the NRD circuit modules 3 and 4, and a dielectric strip 5 being extended in the vertical direction to a split region formed between the mutual conductor plates 1a and 1b and electrically connecting the NRD circuit modules 3 and 4. |
