PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus terminating method for transmitting a high frequency digital signal capable of transmitting a digital signal with a cyclic frequency in a GHz band while using a conventional terminal resistor. SOLUTION: A terminal resistor is connected to the edge part of a bus arranged on a wiring board, and an insulator whose dielectric loss angle δ (dielectric tan δ) is large is arranged in the surrounding or in the vicinity of the terminal resistance so that high frequency components can be absorbed.
