PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing color materials in ink from being precipitated or aggregated in the case of manufacturing an ink jet type color filter by using a water-color ink containing color materials insoluble in water. SOLUTION: The ink jet type color filter manufacturing device in which a liquid ink consisting of dispersing color materials insoluble at least in water is ejected in water like liquid drops by an ink jet head for respectively coloring red, green and blue pixels, is provided with a means for giving shearing force and/or ultrasonic waves to the ink in an ink supply route from an ink tank for storing the ink up to the ink jet head.
