PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to withstand process variation, etc., and stably supply a clock by using a waveform shaping unit and generating an intermediate clock between a return path from a clock source and a going path. SOLUTION: A signal at a 1st input terminal 6-1 of a receiver is delayed by 2Ta-Tb, and a signal at a point 6-2 is delayed by 2Ta+Tb, where Ta is the delay time from an input terminal 1 to a 1st return point 27 and Tb is the delay time from a 2nd return point 5 to the 1st input terminal 6-1 of the receiver. Therefore, the means of the delay times at the point 6-1 and 6-2 is calculated to obtain (2Ta-Tb+2Ta+Tb)/=2Ta, and a constant which does not depend upon Tb, i.e., the position is obtained. Consequently, a signal which is in phase can be composed at any position on a chip. Here, waveform shaping is performed on the going path 26 and the result is inputted to a 2nd going path 3, so the waveform is prevented from deforming to make it difficult to make adjustments. |
