PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-filled syringe capable of preventing deformation of a gasket due to inclination of a plunger so as to secure air-tightness and liquidtightness. SOLUTION: This pre-filled syringe 1 is provided with an outer cylinder 2, a gasket 3 slidable in the outer cylinder 2, and a plunger 4 for moving the gasket 3. In the space surrounded with the outer cylinder 2 and the gasket 3, a liquid 7 is previously liquid-tightly stored. A first flange 41 and a second flange 42 are provided on the forward end of the plunger 4, and a neck part 5 is formed between them. The neck part 5 is elastically deformed without impairing the close contact to the inner peripheral surface 2 of the gasket 3 when bending stress is applied, and when the bending stress is released, the neck part is restored to its original state. The neck part is formed by chipping a part of a cross-like plate piece constituting the body part 40 of the plunger 4. |
