PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mini block-like food with respect to healthy food material such as vegetables, tea and fruits, scattering and melting both in hot water and cold water so as to be easily eatable, drinkable as a soup/drink and directly eatable in block as it is with feeling of sweets and causing slight breaks in the shape, and to provide a method for producing the food. SOLUTION: This food is obtained by adding saccharides, starch and/or dextrin to a crushed or squeezed food material followed by drying the resultant product. |
