PURPOSE: Provided are process for synthesizing conductive polymer with benefits such as easy control and reproduction of process, simple use of dopant to produce conductive polymer film having different properties, and an apparatus for the same. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises several sealed chambers(1,2,3) in series connected together after winding cooling tube(41) around surface of each chamber; vibrators(21) detachably mounted at bottoms of the chambers(1,2,3); outlet pipes(4,5,6) and air inlets(7,8,9) formed on both sides of top of the chambers(1,2,3); an injection duct(511) connected to the outlet pipes(4,5,6) and introduced into a polymerization chamber(51) outside the chamber(3); and a flow rate controller(31) connected to the air inlets(7,8,9). The method comprises storing oxidant solution and monomer solution in the chambers, introducing air into the chambers while vibrating the chambers to generate vapor, and discharging the vapor into the polymerization chamber.
