摘要 PURPOSE: A structure of an EGR(exhaust gas recirculation) pipe is provided to reduce NOx of the cylinder by evenly mixing and distributing EGR gas to the cylinders, and to prevent noise and vibration by stabilizing combustion of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION: EGR gas is streamed in an EGR pipe(1), and an EGR valve is formed in the EGR pipe to regulate the amount of EGR gas. An exhaust manifold is connected to an intake manifold(2) by the EGR pipe, and the outlet of the EGR pipe is connected to the intake manifold. A discharge part(3) is extended in the outlet of the EGR pipe and protruded into the intake manifold, and porous holes(4) are formed in the discharge part to evenly mix intake air with EGR gas. The discharge part is streamlined and bent for the forward direction of the intake air. EGR gas is supplied evenly to the cylinders through the intake manifold, and NOx of the cylinder is decreased.
