PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium-to-be-cut drive type cutting plotter in which a product can be easily extracted and the cutting quality of the product is excellent and which can cut a further thin and weak paper sheet material when a paper product is prepared by cutting the paper sheet material. SOLUTION: The medium-to-be-cut drive type cutting plotter has a constitution in which a medium-to-be-cut supporting sheet for detachably supporting the paper sheet material being the medium-to-be-cut is provided on the face opposing to a cutting means and both end parts of the medium-to-be-cut supporting sheet supporting the paper sheet are clamped by a driving roller and a driven roller.
