PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly search for a data set extremely likely to be the set of personal information without taking a lot of time.

SOLUTION: This personal information search program makes a computer function as: an extraction means 111 extracting text data of the data set; a cutout means 112 cutting out a character section sectionalized by a delimiter from the extracted text data as a personal information decision target; a collation means 115 deciding whether or not the character section includes an improper character or an improper character string by collating a character or a character string included in the cut-out character section, and the improper character or the improper character string preset as a character or a character string not capable of appearing in the personal information; and a decision means 116 deciding whether the data set is the set of the personal information or not on the basis of the personal information decision target except the character section decided to include the improper character or the improper character string.
