When purchasing an article, by comparatively judging the validity and the final date, the article can not be purchased with a card having no online transaction longer than the validity. The final online transaction date to be confirmed in the offline transaction is additionally written after it is confirmed by information managed by the center in the online transaction that stealing or losing of the relevant card is not reported.
