PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination tool by which a medium for examination can be readily prepared in a short time. SOLUTION: The examination tool is obtained by accomodating, in the inside of a tube-shaped container 12 of a packaged body 10, a first content 20, and an inner packaged body 16 encapsulating a second content from which the medium for the examination is prepared by being mixed with the first content, and ruptured by a deforming force added to a packaging body 10 from the exterior, and sealing the packaged body 10.
