PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tensioner constructed to interrupt the external entry from a gap in the pickout port of a wire of a distal end portion of the tensioner in the state of stretching the wire between two points. SOLUTION: A packing 12, a SUS washer 13 and a spring 14 are provided on front end caps 5, 6 of the wire tensioners 1, 2 at the inside of the pickout port of the wire 4 for interrupting the external entry to prevent the deterioration/corrosion of inside parts.
