PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a received signal having a wider band in the same synthetic aperture time as the case of a single received beam by performing synthetic processing of a plurality of reception antenna beams, and to improve azimuth resolution of a reproduced image. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a beam formation means for forming a multi-beam from a plurality of received signals acquired from a plurality of antennas wherein the center direction of the received beam is different from the azimuth direction, a spectrum synthesizing means for performing spectrum synthesis by using the multi-beam acquired by the beam formation means, and an image reproduction means for performing image reproduction processing by using a Polar Format algorithm based on a signal acquired by performing inverse Fourier transform of a synthetic signal by the spectrum synthesizing means.
