The production of scraper (1) from plastic material in which a friction resistive high density quartz sand is mixed with the surface hardened plastic material comprising liquid mixture, and the mixture is filled into single or multiple component casting mold. The liquid mixture is made of polyole and isocyanate. The mixture from polyole, isocyanate and filler is hurled in a centrifuge or shaken by a vibrator to accelerate the settling down of the filler particles. The mixture remains in the casting mold for long time until the fillers settled down and saturates at the bottom of the scraper, which is removed from the casting mold after reaching a relatively long pot life.
