PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the scale of equipment is increased and high technique is required because the staple is completed through many processes where a steel wire is finished into a standardized size by wire-drawing, converged by increasing the number of wires, rolled, plated, adhered, drying, etc. SOLUTION: This method is a method for thinning a metallic flat plate by shearing, after shearing the plate, restoring into a plane, being adhered with an adhesive tape and drying, a continued belt of a planar staple is completed by cutting edges.
