<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform preparation work for breakup efficiently by installing a feeding device having a guide roller at the front of a breakup/separation apparatus in the apparatus for rewinding a linear body using two rotors and guide pipes for taking out a core from a concentric stranded wire in which the linear body is wound around the core. <P>SOLUTION: A first rotor 10 and a second rotor 20 are provided in the front and behind, a stationary take-up mechanism 30 supported by both the rotors is provided in the middle, both the rotors are rotated in a direction opposite to the winding direction of the linear body, the concentric stranded wire is broken up for taking up the core by a core take-up drum 33 in the take-up mechanism 30 and taking up the linear body by the rear take-up drum. The feeding device 91 having a guide roller is installed at the front of the apparatus. In the preparation process of the breakup work, the drive motor of the feeding device 91 is rotatably driven, and the linear body is fed to the take-up drum to be wound around it, thus facilitating the preparation work for breakup and enabling the efficient preparation of the breakup. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
