A plate for roasting is provided to prevent interference of moving a container for cooking in a case and to move up and down a main body easily by installing an elevating device. A plate for roasting comprises a main body(10), a case(30), and an elevating device. The main body has a container mounting hole(12) in which a container for cooking(50) is inserted, a groove for discharging drippings from meat formed at one side of an edge part(14), and plural ribs(22) formed at one side of the container mounting hole. The case includes a recessed groove(32) of a ring type in which the lower part of the container for cooking is passed, and plural supporting members(34,35,36) in which the main body is inclined at a predetermined angle. The elevating device moves up and down the main body on the case with the sliding movement of the predetermined angle. The hinge projections(44,45) are fitted into a through-hole(20) formed on the edge part of the main body, and joined with a pressurizing line(42) for fixing a paper foil(40). A receiving groove(24) is formed at the outer periphery of the main body to receive the pressurizing line. The more than one handle(18) is installed at the side to move the main body. |
