A display device is provided to manage history information of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel efficiently, thereby improving productivity of an LCD. A display device comprises a display panel(150) and an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag(20). The display panel comprises first and second substrates(110,120). The first substrate comprises a display area(DA) where plural TFTs(Thin Film Transistors) are formed to display images and a peripheral area(PA) surrounding the display area. The second substrate faces the display area of the first substrate. The RFID tag is disposed in the peripheral area of the first substrate, and stores and outputs history information of the display panel. |
