A car stop signaling device for a crosswalk is provided to prevent accidents at the crosswalk by blinking lamps on roads at the crosswalk while blinking a pedestrian lamp. A car stop signaling device includes a socket(12), a transparent member(14), an inner cover(17), and an outer cover(18). The socket includes at least one lamp(11) connected to a walker lamp. The transparent member, which is installed at an upper portion of the socket, radiates beams generated from the lamp to the outside. The inner cover is installed to protect the lamp and transparent member by coupling the lamp and transparent member, and fixed to the ground. The outer cover includes a draining hole(19) used to drain water in the transparent member.
