PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporization body for an aromatic deodorizer with a large quantity of vaporization, and the aromatic deodorizer. SOLUTION: The vaporization body for aromatic deodorization is the vaporization body for vaporizing an aromatic deodorant solution sucked in contact with a core material for sucking the aromatic deodorant solution, and has a swelling layer including a water-swelling resin. Specifically, the vaporization body for aromatic deodorization includes at least the swelling layer including a water-swelling resin and a non-swelling layer including an aromatic deodorant solution dispersing material. The vaporization body for aromatic deodorization consists of at least two layers: the non-swelling layer and the swelling layer layered on the non-swelling layer. The quantity of vaporization per unit volume in the vaporization body for aromatic deodorization is larger than in aromatic filter paper. Since the swelling layer swells as the aromatic deodorization solution is impregnated, the vaporization body for aromatic deodorization plays a role as an indicator indicating that the solution remains in the vaporization body.
