<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation process management system for preparing an accurate man-hour estimate, and creating a process table. <P>SOLUTION: This operation process management system managing maintenance work in each work item executes: a first process wherein a maintenance estimate reference value acquisition part 102 retrieves a maintenance worker information file 121 based on a worker designated by use of a work-worker designation part 101 to obtain a work level of the worker, and retrieves a maintenance estimate reference value file 122 based on the designated work item to acquire an estimate reference value; a second process wherein a work order creation part 103 acquires another related work item corresponding to the work item from a maintenance work related file 123, and creates work order of the acquired related work item and work item; and a third process wherein a process table creation part 104 creates the process table 120 in which a work time for each the work item acquired by the first process is allocated to the work item and the related work item produced by the second process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
