<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump hot water supply device capable of compatibly improving a system performance coefficient and securing a great heating capability when the temperature of incoming water is high. <P>SOLUTION: At least, a compressor, a gas cooler, a pressure reducing mechanism, an evaporator, and a liquid gas heat exchanger for refrigerant-to-refrigerant heat exchange between a high-pressure side refrigerant as a heating fluid and a low-pressure side refrigerant as a heated fluid are annularly connected to each other via pipes.
