<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a D/A converter and imaging system in which the effect of ON resistance of a switch can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In a D/A converter relating to a first aspect, a plurality of unit circuits are connected in such a way that an input terminal of a unit circuit on a next stage is connected to an output terminal of one unit circuit. Each of the plurality of unit circuits includes: an R resistance section of which one end is connected to an input terminal; an element for correction of which one end is connected to another end of the R resistance section and of which another end is connected to an output terminal; a first switch section which includes a first terminal and a second terminal and in which the first terminal is connected to the output terminal; a second switch section which includes a third terminal and a fourth terminal and in which the third terminal is connected to the output terminal; a first 2R resistance section connected between the second terminal and a first power supply line; and a second 2R resistance section connected between the fourth terminal and a second power supply line, wherein the first switch section and the second switch section are characterized in including an ON resistance value being twice as high as a resistance value of the element for correction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
