<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage space for a tall guiding part disposed on an opening/closing member, which openes/closes an opening for mounting an image forming unit, without extending a distance between a first contact part where a first photoreceptor and an intermediate transfer belt come in contact with each other and a second contact part where a second photoreceptor and the intermediate transfer belt come in contact with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The guiding part is stored in the space between the first and second image forming units when closing the opening/closing member.
