<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device for improving overall strength of a frame composed of a pair of side frames and an intermediate frame. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device 1 comprises the pair of side frames 50 and 52, the intermediate frame 54, a pair of first screws 64 and 66 for connecting each of the side frames 50 and 52 to the intermediate frame 54 so that the side frames 50 and 52 face each other, and a pair of second screws 68 and 70 for connecting each of the side frames 50 and 52 to the intermediate frame 54.
