<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forceps for an endoscope, which is improved in workability and operability by preventing the forceps from being caught in a peripheral tissue in performing a treatment work, by providing a jaw part opening/closing structure where opening/closing links for opening/closing jaw members are not projected outward in opening/closing the jaw members. <P>SOLUTION: The respective one ends 14a, 15a of the first and second opening/closing links 14, 15 are respectively and independently supported pivotally in parallel with the distal end of a rod 18. The respective other ends 14b, 15b are pivotally supported in the first and second jaw members 11, 12, so as to allow the first and second opening/closing links 14, 15 to be crossed when opening or closing the first and second jaw members 11, 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
