摘要 PURPOSE:To improve permeability and magnetic flux density characteristics by a method wherein the difference between the maximum magnetic flux density and residual magnetic flux density in a high frequency state is made larger using specific manganese-zinc ferrite material. CONSTITUTION:This ferrite contains an iron oxide of 51 to 57 mol % in terms of Fe2O3 manganese oxide of 30 to 41mol% in terms of MnO, and zinc oxide of 6 to 16 mol % in terms of ZnO. Besides, the ferrite contains one or morckinds of silicon oxide, calcium oxide, tin oxide and titanium oxide, and also one or more kinds of niobium oxide, tantalum oxide, zirconium and vanadium oxide. As a result, a powder source ferrite, having the B=200 mT permeability (mua) of 200 or higher in B-H curve of 100kHz at 100 deg.C and the B=300 mT mua of 450 or higher, can be obtained. Accordingly, the DELTAB=Bm (maximum magnetic flux density)-Br (residual magnetic flux density) in high frequency can be increased, and the muc-B characteristics can also be improved.
