PURPOSE: Provided is a drink containing medicinal extracts of wild plants and a preparation thereof. The prepared drink prevents lung cancer, increases health tonic, relieves fatigue, has anticancer activity, and is suitable for skin care. CONSTITUTION: The preparation of a drink containing medicinal extract of wild plants is characteristically comprises the steps of: extracting active ingredients of a pumpkin, a sweet potato, licorice, Acanthopanax and Rubus coreanus MIQ. with hot water; mixing the extracts in an appropriate mixing ratio; and adding a natural flavoring agent and sweetening agent thereto.
