PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the performance and the durability of a heat source machine by securing operation time of the heat source machine even when the number of operating air conditioners is small in an air conditioning system using cold water or hot water. SOLUTION: When the number of the operating air conditioners is small, an opening-controllable valve 3 for heat storage is slightly opened to allow cold water or hot water to flow to a pipe of a heat storage means 1. Then, a minimum circulation rate of water required by the heat source machine 4 is assured. A sufficient quantity of water is retained in the circulation circuit so that operation time until the heat source machine is stopped thermally is elongated. Thus, operation time of the machine is assured, and the capacity and the durability of the machine is ensured in the air conditioning system. |
