The present invention relates to a lapping machine for polishing a valve seat surface, which can be used for polishing a seat surface of a valve installed in a power plant, etc. The lapping machine comprises: a shaft including an arm type coupling part on a bottom part; a driving unit which transfers rotary force to the shaft; a milling chuck including a male type coupling part coupled to the shaft and a female type coupling part opposed to the male type coupling part; a coupling ring connecting shaft whose both ends are formed in the male type coupling parts to be coupled to the milling chuck; a rubber coupling ring which is fitted into the coupling ring connecting shaft, and is fastened to the coupling ring connecting shaft by a first fastening member; a connecting flange including an aperture into which the male type coupling part of the couple ring connecting part is inserted; and a lapping plate which is fastened by the connecting flange and a fastening member, and polishes the seat surface. In regards to this, the rubber coupling ring is fastened by the connecting flange and a second fastening member, and the rotary force is transferred to the lapping plate by rotation of the shaft. According to the construction, the present invention may provide the lapping machine which can uniformly polish the seat surface of the valve because vibration generated during lapping work is absorbed, and work efficiency is improved by stable support. |
