PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain oscillation without needing electromagnetic coupling between the constituent part of a load circuit and the constituent part of a controlled oscillation circuit for maintenance of oscillation. SOLUTION: At least one switching element (T1 and T2) has a control electrode, an operation electrode, and a reference electrode, and this device does not have a component which allows the capacitances (CM,T1 , and CM,T2 ) coupled with the controlled oscillation circuits (L2, CE,T1 , and CE,T2 ) to work so that the energy is controlled to the controlled oscillation circuits (L2, CE,T1 , and CE,T2 ) by the charge and discharge currents (ICM, 1, ICM, 2) of the capacitances (CM,T1 , and CM,T2 ) and allows itself to supply the controlled oscillation circuit with energy by electromagnetic coupling, between the control electrode and the operation electrode. |
