SINGLE NUCLEOTIDE POLYMORPHISM OF HUMAN GENE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene-related material such as a polynucleotide or the like useful for detection of single nucleotide polymorphism existing in a human gene. SOLUTION: Disclosed are polynucleotides isolated and purified from an exon region and an intron region of the human gene and containing either one of a new single nucleotide polymorphism or a single nucleotide-substituted sequence thereof, and a PCR primer set comprising a combination of a standardized probe corresponding to the polynucleotides, a microarray and the DNA fragment is provided. These are used for diagnosis of human diseases and drug reactivities.
