PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC mounting body elongating the serviceable life by preventing corrosion of an antenna constituting an IC module in the IC mounting body. SOLUTION: After this IC mounting body 10, which is provided with an IC chip 21, the antenna 22 electrically connected to the IC chip 21, a display substrate 11 for holding them, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 12 enabling to be stuck to an object, and a release paper 13 protecting the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 12, is exposed to an environment of 75 deg.C and 90% in RH for 7 days, the pH of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer is 6-9. After this IC mounting body 10 is exposed to the environment of 75 deg.C and 90% in RH for 7 days, the pH of the display substrate 11 is 6-9. The IC mounting body 10 is provided with the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 12 enabling to be stuck to an object and the release paper 13 and, after the release paper 13 is exposed to an environment of 75 deg.C and 90% in RH for 7 days, the pH of the release paper 13 is 6-9. |
