PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize reproduction of contents for synchronous reproduction in the unit of viewers and groups, to store a reproduction form in the unit of authority addition and to apply access control to form information. SOLUTION: An access controller 2 adds information items 244 to 248 as synchronous reproduction contents manager, synchronous information manager, group information and user information to DBs 241 to 243 for moving picture information, synchronous reproduction contents and synchronous information possessed by the controller 2 previously and an access control section 23 provides an access authority to the synchronous reproduction contents related to a moving picture in the unit of viewers and viewer groups to conduct access control. Further, information 246 with respect to reproduction control of the synchronous reproduction contents is added to attach a reproduction form of the synchronous reproduction contents and revision authority with respect to the reproduction form by each user and each group to storage of the reproduction form and access control to the form information in the unit of addition of authority.
