PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for preventing the skin aging and whitening the skin is provided which contains a natural mixture having plentiful inorganic substances including selenium, thereby removing free radicals in the skin and inhibiting generation of activated oxygen, in order to inhibit the skin aging can be prevented and whiten the skin. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition for preventing the skin aging and whitening the skin contains the natural mixture having plentiful inorganic substances including selenium, wherein the natural mixture having plentiful inorganic substances including selenium comprises 15 to 25 wt.% of sericite, 30 to 50 wt.% of halloysite, 20 to 30 wt.% of muscovite, 5 to 10 wt.% of actinolite, and 10 to 20 wt.% of talcum; and the natural mixture having plentiful inorganic substances are contained in the cosmetic composition in an amount of 0.00001 to 10% (w/v), preferably 0.001 to 5% (w/v).
