PURPOSE: An insect-proofing and dust-proofing fittings system is provided to keep a residential space clean by removing dust in air. CONSTITUTION: The insect-proofing and dust-proofing fitting system comprises: a groove(12) formed longitudinally in a frame(11) to hold a bar-shaped material; a filter member(20) installed to be fitted/unfitted to the groove(12) and provided with a mosquito net(21), a collecting net(22) and a bearing frame(23); and a locking device installed on the filter member(20) or the frame(11) to keep the locking state and composed of pins(30) rotated on a hinge fixed on the frame(11) to unlock when separating the filter member(20) from the groove(12) of the frame(11).
