PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tax-exemption/card-settlement simultaneous processing system providing foreign tourists with smooth concierge service and simultaneously reducing burdens of duty-free shops.SOLUTION: The tax-exemption/card-settlement simultaneous processing system outputs "a purchase record sheet", "a written purchaser pledge", "an item and quantity list", and "a card use copy" from sales information (article information) of a duty-free shop, information electrically read from a passport, and settlement information read from a card. The tax-exemption/card-settlement simultaneous processing system electrically stores purchaser pledge information in a proxy center so as to respond to inquiry as needed.
