PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client device for suppressing the congestion of a content distribution network.SOLUTION: A client device of a content distribution network for dividing content into one or more objects to be distributed includes: update means for updating a window size in accordance with whether or not the requested object has been received within a waiting time; management means for managing the number of reception waiting objects; determination means for determining the number of objects to be requested by one request message on the basis of the window size; and transmission means for, after a value calculated by subtracting the number of the reception waiting objects from the window size becomes larger than the number of the objects determined by the determination means, transmitting a request message for requesting the objects whose number has been determined by the determination means to the content distribution network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
