PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control device, an electric power system, a terminal device, a charge control method and a charge control program, appropriately suppress the consumption of power to be supplied according to a power saving period.SOLUTION: In the charge control device for use in the electric power system, including a power generation device 31 and a power storage device 32, there is provided a controller 30 which includes: a determination unit which determines whether or not the power generation device can start power generation before the start timing of the power saving period; and a control unit which controls to start the discharge of the power storage device at timing based on the start timing, when the determination unit determines that the power generation device cannot start the power generation before the start timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
