<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA receiver that compensates the phase of a data symbol with a channel estimate value by using a pilot symbol to decode data and produces the channel estimate value with high accuracy with respect to various communication services and path models under a fading frequency environment over a side range so as to enhance the reception quality. SOLUTION: An in-phase adder section 1-1 adds each of pilot symbols P0 to P5 to adjacent pilot symbols before and after each symbol to generate a channel estimate value in the unit of symbols. A primary interpolation means 1-2 generates symbol unit channel estimate values to periods when no pilot symbol is transmitted on the basis of the symbol unit channel estimate values directly before and just after the periods. A detection section 1-3 multiplies a data symbol by the complex conjugate of the symbol unit channel estimate values to compensate channels. Further, the CDMA receiver is provided with a slot unit channel estimate value generating means to select a channel estimate value in the unit of slots or symbols depending on a fading frequency or the reception quality and to control an in-phase summing weighted coefficient.</p> |
